Swing Sync Golf Academy is a performance-driven golf coaching experience based at Mt Derrimut Golf Club in Victoria, Australia. We combine expert coaching, data-driven analysis and a personalised approach to help golfers build confidence, improve technique, and achieve measurable results at every level of the game.  

Our mission is simple: empower you to play better golf with a coaching program that emphasises long-term improvement rather than quick fixes. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all lessons, services, bookings and products offered by Swing Sync Golf Academy (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”):

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking, purchasing or attending any service with the Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Services include lessons, clinics, packages and special events.

2. Booking & Payment
       •    All lessons and services must be booked in advance through our online system.
       •    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
       •    Pricing is as published at the time of booking and may change without notice in accordance with industry normal practice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
       •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled lesson will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session.
       •    Cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the lesson cost, as is common in golf coaching practices.  
       •    Optional rescheduling within the above window is at the Academy’s discretion and subject to coach availability.
4. Health & Safety
       •    You should be physically able and medically fit to participate in golf lessons and practice activities.
       •    It is recommended that participants seek medical approval where appropriate.
       •    You accept all risk associated with participation; the Academy, its staff and contractors shall not be liable for personal injury, loss or damage unless due to our negligence.
5. Lesson Packages & Expiry
       •    Lesson packages (multiple sessions purchased as a group) are valid for 12 months from the date of first use, unless another period is specified at purchase.  
       •    Unused lessons will expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.
6. Liability & Personal Property
       •    Lessons and coaching sessions are undertaken at your own risk.
       •    The Academy is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to the facility or coaching location.
7. Image & Content Use

Participation in Academy services may involve photography or video recording used for marketing, training and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to your session.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with law and industry-standard practices. Information collected for bookings will only be used to provide services, communicate updates and improve your experience.
